The cost of the facility: 26 500 000 CZK, which is approximately 1 060 000 euros. The cost of construction is 78 000 000 CZK, which is about 3 000 000 euros. Income (not including VAT): 6 000 000 CZK per house (140 sq.m. with plot), which is approximately 230 000 EUR; 6 000 000 x 28 = 168 000 000 CZK or 6 500 000 EUR.
