House with a pool at Andros island

The houses are built on an area of approximately 4800 m2, on a site with a magnificent view towards Cavo D’Oro, the maritime passage between Andros & Euvoia islands. From all the houses you can clearly see Serifos, Kythnos, Tzia, Makronissos islands as well as the Coast of Attika and the SW cape of Euvoia (cape Kafireas).

In a 5 to 10 minutes distance by car, you can reach and enjoy a variety of beaches, either crowded or more discreet.

The ground floor in every house has a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen. The first floor has a bedroom, a wc and a veranda. The basement has two rooms, a wc and a storage room. Heating is done by electrical convectors. The floors of the ground and first floor levels, as well as the veranda floors are covered with traditional Pelion stones. The floors of the basement and the stairs are built with traditional cement techniques, used in all traditional island houses.

As you can see in the photos section, the roof is a wooden construction with ceramic tiles. Every house has its own water tank of approximately 30m3 and a porch of about 10m2.

On the plot there is a drilling/water tank with plenty amounts of water. We have built a self-efficient waste-water treatment for every house. The waste-water automatically irrigates the 300 trees that we have planted in the garden area. The trees will form a natural shield against the northern wind of the Aegean. We will also put a compost tank, in order to obtain natural fertilizer for our gardens. Owners are free to plant the gardens their own way.

The first two houses (as seen from the road) are equipped with two separate swimming pools and furniture. Price 290.000 euros each house.
